a. To make the most of our services, please make sure your property is ready to shoot. If it's not shoot ready, you may not get best result or may incur additional fees (see the terms and conditions).

c. For the easiest booking service please use our online ordering system https://www.chosen.photography/book/ (or https://chosen.ubookr.com/bookings/add for a direct link). When placing orders you should receive a confirmation email. Please contact us if you need help setting up.
d. We discourage sending orders via sms, as quite often these are overlooked or missed by the end of the day.
e. If the agent/owner is not attending shoot to proof the image angles, the home will be shot "As Is". So if you have any particular shots in mind, please make sure someone is present to offer direction.
f. There are cancellation fees for our service, listed below under "Cancellation Policy", so please make sure you communicate with us if your property isn't ready to shoot to avoid fees.
g. We always do our best to make sure everything er capture is the best it can be including removing minor items and some photoshop, however please note that there is no photoshop for video or Matterport 360º Tours, so please make sure that any items you don't want shown are removed from the property.
h. If a property is unique and you require a particular style of photography or videography, please let us know at least a day before the shoot so we can make a creative brief ahead of time.
i. Please let us know if you require custom packages made up for your agency.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any services from Chosen Photography. Use of any of our services including but not limited to photography, videography, floor planning, and Matterport scanning is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms and conditions.
By booking or using any of our services you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.1 Online Ordering system now available to be used. Please note that packages can not be split up. Multiple visits to property will incur a call out fee, Unless the packages show this included.
1.2 All properties are to be ready to shoot before photographer/videographer gets there.
We can supply you with photography checklists so that your vendors/tenants are more organised.
A surcharge will apply for excessive time waiting for the property to be ready including cleaning, styling, decluttering.
1.3 If the attending agent wants to move/remove furnishings please make sure this is completed and ready to shoot before photographer/videographer gets there. A surcharge will be added if photographer/videographer has to wait for house to be rearranged.
1.4 If the agent/owner is not attending shoot to proof the image angles, the home will be shot "As Is". Photographer/videographer will remove minor items (tea towels, dish rack, TV remotes). A surcharge will apply if we have to return to get other angles.
1.5 If Photographer/videographer is asked to return to property to take extra photos or additional footage, there will be a minimum callout fee of $165.00 plus other charges for any extra work completed.
1.6 When a booking is made, the photographer/videographer may complete the job before the allotted time.
1.7 Please let us know if you require custom packages made up for your agency.
1.8 The Photographer/videographer may take extra angles outside of the package inclusions at the property, which may/may not be included in delivered images. These extra shots may be added to package for extra charge.
1.9 If agent is not attending shoot the photographer/videographer will choose the best shots that the package allows for. A call out fee will incur if photographer/videographer has to return for extra images.
2.1 If a photography/videography appointment is cancelled 4-8 hours before its scheduled time a 50% of package price fee will apply.
2.2 If a photography/videography appointment is cancelled 1-4 hours before its scheduled time a 75% of package price fee will apply.
2.3 If a photography/videography appointment is cancelled less than 1 hour before its scheduled time a 100% of package price fee will apply.
2.4 In the event of rain, we will give you the option to reschedule at our next availability. If the shoot continues as planned and is called off once at the property a call out fee will apply for the returning visit.
3.1 Photos are generally ready by 10AM the following day after the shoot.
3.2 If owner/agent has excessive artistic input into the shoot (eg reshooting same angle multiple times moving items in and out of shot), a surcharge maybe applied.
3.3 By accepting these terms you agree to pay for any extra images requested by the yourself or your client at the extra image rate on our pricing page.
3.4 Excessive photoshop demands will incur a surcharge.
4.1 The floorplans we provide are for marketing purposes only. They are not to be used as a legal document.
4.2 Floorplans are generally ready within 24 hours of the shoot.
4.3 The floor plan measurements are approximate.
5.1 Chosen photography uses its own creative license in making these videos, whilst we accept input from agent/owner, excess charges may apply for re-edits and re-shoots that may be requested.
5.2 Chosen Photography may use any property video for promotional purposes.
5.3 Chosen Photography may refuse to use any drone/UAV footage provided by agent/owner unless they can prove a CASA qualified pilot has take the footage.
5.4 Property Videos are generally ready within 2-3 business of the appointment time.
5.5 Property Videos include 1 round of revision. Excessive changes may lead to delays in delivery of video and extra charges of $110 per hour of editing plus any other charges for any extra work completed.
5.6 Videos can't be photoshopped so if there is anything you don't want shown in the video, please remove it or tell us what you don't want shot before the videographer arrives.
5.7 Videos we be digitally delivered online in the format of MP4, h.264 in widescreen (16:9 or 17:9). If any other format is required including but not limited to square video or vertical video please let us know at the time of booking. A surcharge will apply if a different format is requested after the shoot has occurred.
6.1 Tours will remain online for the duration of the property’s sale.
6.2 Tour re-scans will be a chargeable service.
6.3 Tours of holiday rentals may be unlisted if yearly renewal has not been paid.
6.4 Tours can take 3+ hours depending on light, tours work best on overcast days.
6.5 The camera scans everything, Please make sure the property is ready as tours can't be photoshopped.
7.1 Safety First.
7.2 The pilot may cancel/reschedule booking if they feel the conditions unsafe.
7.3 The pilot may overrule vendor/agent requests if the exceed the guidelines set by CASA.
7.4 With all properties, it is the responsibility of the agent to notify the other residents/neighbours that a drone shoot will be occurring. If this hasn't been done, the pilot may cancel/reschedule booking if conflict arrives.
8.1 You, the buyer shall make payment of all monies outstanding to Chosen Photography the Seller, such that payment is received by the Seller within fourteen (14) days of the Seller’s tax invoice.
8.2 If payment is not made in accordance with the above terms the Seller shall be entitled to recover from the Buyer and the Buyer will be liable for payment to the Seller of:
8.2.1
• Default interest at the rate of 2.0% per month calculated on a daily basis on all monies due but unpaid. Such interest will be computed from the due date of payment.
8.2.2
• An account keeping fee of 5% per month (or on any part of a month) on all monies remaining overdue for payment on the first day of any month.
8.2.3
• Cease supply of further services, if payment has not been made within 15 days of the due date.
8.2.4
• All damages, expenses and costs of collection (including but not limited to all charges and commission actually paid and/or contingently payable to a mercantile agent and/or fees payable to a solicitor)relating in any way whatsoever to recovery of overdue monies, in addition to all other remedies the Seller shall have at Law.
9.1 Under Australian law the photographer retains all ownership/copyright of images taken.
9.2 Chosen Photography retains all ownership/copyright of all intellectual property produced by our services including but not limited to images, videos, floorplans, matterport scans, and any raw materials or project files. Use of the any intellectual property without express permission is prohibited.
9.3 Chosen Photography gives limited license to their clients/agents to use its images for the advertising and promotion of their client’s property for a limited time, In the event that Chosen Photography’s client sells/loses the listing, Chosen Photography’s images cannot be passed onto another agent without express permission from Chosen Photography.
9.4 Chosen Photography in no way accepts liability for any loss or damage caused by taking action as a result of material viewed on or sourced from our services. Chosen Photography in no way accepts liability for modifications to photos after delivery of photos.
9.5 Chosen Photography reserves the rights to use any photos, videos and/or floorplans taken for advertising and promotion. It is the responsibility of the real estate agent/agency to notify the customer of these terms and conditions.
9.6 The on-selling of Chosen Photography’s media after the sale of a property is strictly prohibited.
9.7 Any unauthorized use of Chosen Photography’s products without written permission may result in higher levels of action taken.
9.8 Chosen Photography's images and videos may be re-licensed for a charge per photo for use outside of the sales license. Please contact us if you wish to do this.
9.9 Chosen Photography reserves the right to hold photos until full payment is made.
It is the responsibility of the real estate agent/agency to notify the customer of these terms and conditions.
